The Oregon Liquor Control Commission and the Responsible Retailing Forum (RRF) are embarking on a joint research and educational project to study over-service of alcohol at retail businesses. The project will take place this fall in the Portland metropolitan area.
RRF personnel will visit up to 60 OLCC licensed businesses in and around Portland to obtain
first-hand experience on how businesses deal with over-service. The RRF employees are
specialized in undercover observations regarding intoxicated customers. Read more here.

Sam Watt is a US Navy veteran, spent 20 years ranked in Mixed Martial Arts and has 25 years in the alcohol and security industry. He owns and operates Swatt Elite Security.


Lindsay Fairchild was a valedictorian at the University of Florida with a degree in psychology, lived in Argentina as a organic raspberry farmer in the southern city of El Bolson, wrestled an alligator, is a published poet, and has nearly ten years in the alcohol industry.
